I am a Translation Project Manager and I have worked in the translation industry for more than 8 years.

I hold a Master’s degree in Translation for Special Purposes and for Publishing from the University of Bologna, Italy.

Throughout the years as Project Manager, I have had the chance to improve my ability to focus on multiple tasks at once and solve problems quickly and proactively, to be detail oriented and precise and to become an expert user of Trados Studio and Trados GroupShare. During the past few years, I have also had a chance to work as a Vendor Manager, which has helped me to strengthen my communication skills both within my team and with freelancers all around the world.

I am motivated by several things. Meeting deadlines, targets and goals, learning new things and especially learning how to use new localization tools. I am also motivated by team work and by achieving team’s goals. I am passionate about languages and the localization industry in general.
